TEACHING PERSONNEL are seeking Teaching Assistants in the Swansea area for an immediate start!
We have a number of partnerships with schools in the Swansea area who are looking for people with excellent skills, attributes, experience and motivation to join their team and work with pupils on a 1:1 basis.
You will motivate and assist pupils with work and activities, set by a teacher. There could also be scope for lunchtime and after school duties!
You will work with pupils that have additional learning needs such as Autism
You must have experience working in a Primary school or the Care sector within the United Kingdom.
Must be willing to deal with severe behaviour situations e.g. Kicking, Biting. (Experience Desirable)
Ideally you will have some knowledge in or experience with children who have additional learning needs.
What do I need?
• Applicants must have a current enhanced child DBS or be willing to undergo a new check.
• Applicants also need to register with EWC. (We can help with this)
• You must be trained in child protection (We can help with this).
• Addresses for the last two years (No spaces).
• You MUST have a permanent UK address.
• We cannot offer sponsorship with a visa so you must have a visa that allows you to work.
The ability to drive is desirable but not essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
