We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support a range of specialist schools in Poole, catering to students aged 3 to 19 with a variety of complex learning needs.
This is a full-time position starting in September 2025, with the option to begin earlier on a part-time or full-time basis. Both primary and secondary placements are available.

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis in and out of the classroom

Promoting independence, engagement, and emotional well-being

Assisting teachers in delivering structured, accessible learning

Contributing to a positive, respectful, and safe school environment
Ideal Candidate:

Experience with SEN, care, or behaviour support is helpful but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
