SEN Teaching Assistant (Primary) - Level 3 Qualified or Above

They are actively seeking a Teaching Assistant, specializing in providing support to children with SEN, to work closely with a KS1 student. This child has been identified with moderate learning difficulties, as well as social and emotional challenges, sometimes exhibiting challenging behaviours. As the successful candidate, your primary responsibility will be to offer full-time support to this child, ensuring their seamless integration into mainstream school life.

The role:

Your journey as a SEN Teaching Assistant at this esteemed school will commence in April 2024. The role will entail working closely with the child in KS1, providing personalized assistance tailored to their specific needs. You will collaborate with the school's SENCo and other experienced SEN Teaching Assistants, leveraging your own expertise to foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Additionally, you will maintain open communication with the child's parents, ensuring a harmonious and cohesive relationship between school and home.
