Teaching Assistant - SEND Full Time - Jan 2023 Start

We are particularly looking for individuals with strong behaviour management skills and the ability to quickly establish and maintain positive relationships with pupils, effectively re-engaging them with their learning. As an SEN TA at the school, you will be required to work with students on a 1:1, small group and general basis and be on hand to provide support to the class teacher where needed.

VACANCY DETAILS:

Location : East London, Romford

Position:  - Primary/Secondary School ages
Contract: temporary to permanent (Long-term)
Hours: Full-time, 8.30am - 3.30 pm
Start Date: ASAP (January 2023)
Pay Rate: £75-£85 per day

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience working with students with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs
Strong behaviour management skills and the capability to engage with students
Resilient, charismatic and compassionate
Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year - Teaching Personnel can provide this

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH US, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional references
