Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant wanted in Aylesbury!
We are currently seeking an excited and vibrant Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant educational community in Aylesbur.
Pay:
£84 to £90 per day (NEGOTIABLE!)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support individual students or small groups with their academic and social development.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to implement lesson plans and educational activities.
- Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere within the classroom.
- Provide additional help to students with varying learning needs.
- Contribute to the overall welfare and pastoral care of students.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Requirements:
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and empathetic approach to working with students.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of educational principles and practices.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the classroom.
- A commitment to promoting an inclusive and diverse learning environment.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time position, during school hours (08:30 - 15:30). 5 days per school week (Monday to Friday)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
