Have you got previous experience working with challenging behaviour or SEN?
A Welsh Medium Primary School in Caerphilly are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work with 2 pupils in Year 4 with Autism.
To be successful for the role, the candidate will be strong and will have previous experience in a childcare or care setting. In addition applicants must:
- Have the legal right to work in the UK;
- Hold a Child Workforce Only DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one - full assistance provided);
- Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (compulsory requirement in Wales) - please note that if you are living in England, you can still register with the EWC which will give you the opportunity to work on both sides of the border;
- Provide at least two professional or character references;
- Be available to interview and/or trial asap;
