Job description

Teaching Personnel are working with a number of SEND Schools and Alternative Education Provisions in Kingston and Richmond that are looking for Teachers to work with them.
About the role:
- These schools support the growth and development of pupils aged between 5-16 years and are responsible for devising a personalised curriculum for each child.
- Monday- Friday
- Time: 08:30-15:30
- Full time and part time hours available
- You will be responsible for a small class of pupils
- You will work with pupils with ASC, Complex needs, Challenging Behaviour and SEMH
- Managing pupil behaviour through escalation techiques
The ideal candidate will:
- Have lots of patience, be proactive and resilient-this role can be challenging, but it is very rewarding!
- ECT or a QTS
- Ideally you will have experience working within an SEND/SEMH school
- A strong ability to develop relationships and rapport with both pupils and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
