SEN Teachers Required – Bradford

About the School & Role

This school supports pupils with a range of needs from KS3 to Post-16, including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and PMLD. You will be part of a collaborative team of qualified teachers, therapists, and experienced support staff, delivering creative, student-led lessons that help every child to achieve and grow.

Your role will focus on providing personalised, meaningful learning experiences that promote academic progress, social development, and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual learning plans and EHCPs

  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, support staff, and parents to support holistic development

  • Create a nurturing, structured classroom where pupils feel safe and confident

  • Contribute to behaviour strategies, progress tracking, and assessments

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience in a school or SEN setting (e.g. TA, LSA, HLTA)

  • Are confident supporting children with additional needs

  • Are resilient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education

  • Communicate effectively and enjoy working as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
