This is a rewarding role within a specialist educational environment where every day presents new opportunities to help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.
We are seeking professionals who already have experience working with children or young people with additional needs and who can hit the ground running, becoming a valued member of the team from day one.

Your responsibilities will include delivering tailored one-to-one support, assisting with small group learning, adapting classroom activities to suit individual needs, promoting communication and independence, encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils regulate their emotions throughout the school day.
You'll play an important role in ensuring every learner feels included, respected and supported.
This position would suit someone who is calm under pressure, highly adaptable and genuinely passionate about improving outcomes for children with SEND.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience supporting pupils with special educational needs.
- A proactive attitude and the confidence to work independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Patience, resilience and a nurturing approach.
- The ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals.
- A commitment to providing consistent, high-quality support from the very beginning.
