  • Understand how to scaffold learning effectively for children working at an early developmental stage

  • Be calm, patient, resilient and proactive

  • Work effectively as part of a team and follow guidance from teachers and SEN staff

This is a demanding but rewarding role, ideal for someone who genuinely knows what they are doing and is committed to making a real difference to children who need expert support.
