The successful TA will be working on a 1 to 1 basis with the specific student supporting within the classroom where possible but primarily working away from other students. The student in question is a very able learner but requires undivided attention and support on social skills, self-esteem and self-help strategies. This is the perfect role for an experienced TA with the relevant SEN exposure.

Working with this individual student is greatly rewarding and would suit someone looking for work within a secondary school environment but perhaps from a care background; personal or work based.

The school requires the successful Teaching Assistant to start with them in September as close to the start of the academic year as possible but can be flexible for the most suitable candidate.

The school is located in the Trafford area, very easily accessible for those living in the Chorlton, Stretford area. For those situated in the Sale/Altrincham area, the school is also easily accessible and for those further afield - the M60 motorway is close nearby.

The school is a small secondary school, which is highly supportive as a result of the small nature. The students and staff are all aware of each other and the atmosphere around school is pleasant and understanding as a result of the small scale.

If you are a graduate with experience working with a student with ASC or an experienced TA/LSA who can support an individual with various needs, then apply now with your latest CV.
