SEN Primary Teacher – Trafford

Location: Trafford, Greater Manchester
Contract: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate and January 2026

Are you an experienced SEN Primary Teacher looking for your next rewarding role? Our agency is working with a highly supportive and inclusive school in Trafford that is committed to helping every child reach their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team and make a real impact to children with SEN needs such as Autism, high anxiety, ADHD, struggles with communication and Learning disabilities.

The Role

  • Deliver creative, differentiated lessons for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
  • Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment that promotes confidence and independence.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to provide holistic support.
  • Contribute to personalised learning plans and EHCP targets.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven experience working with pupils with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs).
  • Strong knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and behaviour management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Employment References from the past 24 months
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
