A new exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to work within a friendly welcoming Special Educational Needs school. A full time position .

The school is a larger than average school and is based in the Slough area. Students who attend the school all have a statement of special educational needs. The needs of the children vary from class to class but range from profound and multiple, severe and moderate learning difficulties and autistic spectrum conditions.

At present the school are recruiting for an enthusiastic, confident and pro-active secondary teaching assistant to join their strong team of school teachers and TAs, who will also be able to build strong working relationships with the children. Ideally you will have SEN experience working with PECs and/or Makaton. You should have a passion to want to see the children continue to achieve and help to continue to improve the school working towards outstanding status.
