We're Hiring: Full-Time SEN Teacher (Maths & English) – Hersham & Staines

Location: Hersham (3 days/week) & Staines (2 days/week)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Subjects: Maths & English
Start Date: ASAP (trial days taking place now)

About the Role:

We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic SEN Teacher who is confident in delivering Maths and English at a range of levels appropriate to individual learning needs. This is a full-time position working across two well-resourced sites:

  • 3 days per week in Hersham

  • 2 days per week in Staines

You’ll work with small class sizes and a high staff-to-student ratio, ensuring every learner receives the tailored support they need.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A fully qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS)

  • Experience or a strong interest in working within a SEN setting

  • Confident in/open to delivering both Maths and English

  • A flexible and proactive approach to working across multiple locations

  • A genuine commitment to inclusive education and positive outcomes for all students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
