A number of our students also have a range of additional needs which include attachment disorder, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autistic spectrum conditions (ASC). All students at the school have an EHCP. They support the long-term personal and academic achievements of their students which builds self-esteem and gives them the confidence to face new challenges. The needs of the students are met in a small, nurturing environment with a highly differentiated curriculum and exceptional student-staff relationships.
The Role
- Supporting the teaching and learning of SEN pupils across the school, working with struggling pupils or those who have become stifled by the curriculum.
