The campus offers opportunities to work within both primary and secondary classes, ensuring a varied and rewarding role for the right candidate.
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and proactive SEN Educator to join the team on a full-time basis. You will be supporting students aged 16 to 18 with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and develop life skills.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with SEN and ASD

Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities
-
Promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
-
Help create a calm, safe and encouraging classroom environment
-
Support students in developing independence and communication skills
-
Work closely with staff, therapists and pastoral teams to meet individual needs
Essential Experience
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
-
A minimum of 6 months childcare experience, ideally within an SEN setting
-
Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs
-
A calm, patient and empathetic approach
-
A genuine passion for helping vulnerable learners succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
