Do you enjoy working with children with SEMH or challenging behaviour? If so Teaching Personnel would like to hear from you.

A great school in Bournemouth are seeking an energetic and creative Teaching Assistant to work with children in KS1 and KS2 with SEMH and ASD.

This will be a challenging role; however the school has a great support network and prides itself on the warm, friendly environment of the school, achieved by hiring high quality teachers, support assistants and health professionals. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the way children may present their emotions through challenging behaviour. Team Teach training would be desirable but not necessary.

Relevant qualifications and experience will be highly beneficial, yet it will be your ability to build relationships and increase pupils attainment and sense of worth that will make you a success.
