Learning Support Assistant Special Needs - Behaviour Provision / PRU

A experienced Learning Support Assistant with a desire to provide support to a wide range of pupils is required for an SEN Behaviour School:

***All age special school for pupils with EBD, ASC and ADHD

***Daily rated depending on experience up to £65 per day

***Full-time, working term time only

***Starting in September

A lovely primary and secondary school which caters for pupils with social emotional and behavioural difficulties are looking for support staff to join their fun and dynamic team. The school is a multi site campus which caters for a variety of learning and social needs. The large majority of students have additional complex needs such as; Autism, speech and language difficulties, learning difficulties and many students need nurture support and have attachment difficulties. The school have a proven record of helping students make progress with learning, social skills and employability.

The school are looking for an experienced individual who is competent and patient. The schools first approach is nurture based with positive behaviour management. Class sizes are taught in small groups, in pairs or individually.

The school are looking for individuals with a background in education, care or young graduates who have specialised in psychology, Special needs or mental health to join their dynamic team.
