Teaching Assistants required to work with boys with SEMH needs

This school in Guildford is a special school for young people all of whom have a statement identifying social, emotional and mental health difficulties

The school caters for secondary boys who find engaging in mainstream education a difficulty. The core aim of the school is to engage pupils in education and for them to achieve their best academically.

Ideal candidate:

• Experience working with children with SEMH (not essential as training providing).

• Patient and empathetic.

• Calm manner under stressful circumstances.

• Experience working with pupils with SEMH

• Youth worker, Care Assistant or Psychology Graduates.
