SEN EBD Support Specialists Needed

  • Full-Time, Permanent Position
  • Competitive Rates of Pay
  • Professional Development Opportunities

I am currently working closely with a school in the Medway area that are looking for Teaching Assistants for permanent positions.

My client is an EBD school looking for behavioural support specialists supporting pupils in both key stage 3 and key stage 4. You will be working in small classes of approximately 5 to 7 pupils. The school shares a strong ethos in pupil development not only academically but emotional development also. Due to the nature of the school lots of the students are from a care background and need someone who is going to show a lot of enthusiasm and are willing to get involved as part of a team. The school is also very keen to support their staff and also offers the opportunity for professional development.

If you have experience or feel confident in at least 2 of the following please get in touch:

•Youth Offending Services

•Ex-forces, Military/Police

•Sports coaching qualification or background

•Team Teach/SKIP, CPI, MAPA Physical Intervention Training

•Supporting NEET

•Experience supporting challenging behaviour within an out of school setting

•Emotionally Robust

Relevant qualifications and experience will be highly beneficial, yet it will be your ability to build relationships and increase pupils attainment and sense of worth that will make you a success.

Please e-mail your CV along with a cover letter to kelly.knopp@teachingpersonnel.com or contact Kelly Knopp on 01622920701
