Key Stage One Behavior Specialists for Leicestershire

  • Working 1:1 supporting pupils in a safe environment
  • Allowing them to access the curriculum
  • Competitive daily rates of pay

Teaching Personnel are looking for KS1 experienced, highly committed behavior management TA’s to support and enhance a students attainment within schools around the Leicestershire area.

ROLE;

•Assist the teacher with the development and implementation of individual Education/ Behavioral/ Support/ Mentoring plans and behavior management strategies.

•Support the class teacher to develop one to one mentoring arrangements with pupils and provide support for distressed pupils.

•Promote the speedy and effective transfer of pupils across phases and the integration of those who have been absent.

•Provide feedback to pupils in relation to progress, achievements, behaviors and attendance.

•Provide levels of individual pastoral support to pupils including those with special needs, as directed by the teacher.

•Receive and supervise pupils excluded from, or otherwise not working to, a normal timetable.

•Attend to pupils personal needs and provide advice to assist in their social care, health and hygiene development.
