Teaching Assistant required - Full time - Cranborne, Dorset
Teaching Personnel are recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant for a longer-term role within a specialist SEMH school based in Cranborne.
The Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils aged 11–16 who require consistency, structure, and positive relationships to succeed in education.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting learning and emotional regulation within the classroom
- Working with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Supporting behaviour plans and interventions
- Helping create a safe, engaging learning environment
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience working with SEMH
- Ability to build strong, professional relationships with young people
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle - The school location is remote so you must have your own transport.
- Commitment to a full-time, long-term role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
