Are you a qualified teacher looking to inspire and support young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?

A group of exceptional specialist schools across the Bournemouth area is seeking dedicated SEMH Teachers to join their team. These full-time roles start in September 2025, with the option to begin earlier on a part-time or full-time basis.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Planning and delivering engaging, individualised lessons

• Supporting students with complex SEMH needs in both group and 1:1 settings

• Collaborating closely with support staff, therapists and senior leaders

• Creating a nurturing and predictable classroom environment

• Managing behaviour with empathy, consistency, and creativity

• Weekly pay through PAYE – no umbrella company fees

• Access to a wide range of accredited CPD, including Team Teach and Mental Health Awareness

• A dedicated consultant to support your journey and match you with the right schools

• Flexibility to start early if available, with part-time and full-time options

• Opportunities for long-term or permanent positions within high-quality specialist settings

• Pupils aged 3 to 19

• Primary and secondary phases

• 8.30am – 4pm, Monday to Friday

• Term-time only

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
