A mainstream Primary School in Bury (BL9), are looking to add a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to their Foundation team to support a statemented pupil with SEMH on a full time basis. The pupil in question requires additional support in the classroom. The role will start in November and is full time.

The pupil struggles socially in a classroom environment and building friendship groups. They require extra support inside the classroom to help both academically and socially.

The School is based in Bury (BL9) and is easily accessible by local transport links running directly to the town centre and surrounding areas. The school has a relatively high percentage of pupils with SEN, and as such require additional support staff to work with them to support statemented pupils. With that the school has a strong support system in place from the Senior Leadership Team to ensure all support staff are assisted effectively.

The role will start in November for the rest of the academic year with the idea to go onto the school's contract for the right candidate. The Bury school are looking to trial candidates as soon as possible.
