Secondary Tutors

Tuition/Intervention specialists required

With increased demand for tuition and intervention we are looking to recruit experienced TA's/Teachers/Graduates who can provide core subject intervention for secondary students.

With the GCSE examination period looming, much of our tuition is centred around this, with low achieving students on a 1:1 or group basis. Maths and English tutors are highly sought after with additional Science tutors needed also.

Tuition can be varied. There are many existing tuition provisions in which work is provided and set by the school. Other provisions required tutors to produce session based on schemes of work sent by the school. All information will be provided to you upon receiving a placement before commencing.

We also work closely with SENCOs to provide tuition to looked after pupils, those transitioning schools and in some cases, those unable to attend main stream education.

All you need to be suitable is:

-Experience/knowledge of the UK curriculum

-A passion for education

-Strong desire to help pupils achieve their potential

-Empathy towards students and the hardships they may be facing

-Clear DBS

Tuition roles vary and you could be tutoring part time across a variety of placements of full time within one school. If you have a few hours a week available or would like work closer to full time then please get in touch!
