Job description
Job Title: Secondary Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Provide high-quality tutoring and academic support to secondary school students
- Develop tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of each student
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in teaching or tutoring secondary school students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Solid understanding of the national curriculum for secondary education
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
- Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
