Secondary Teaching Assistant's Required, Fareham

The positions we have available are to work on a full time or part time basis, starting immediately. Our schools are looking for bright, ambitious, caring and professional individuals to work under the guidance of qualified teachers, with identified individuals and groups of students. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who have recently graduated and/or have limited experience in a classroom.

Responsibilities of this role will be:

• Supporting pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis in lessons
• Directly work alongside teachers to develop activities and lessons
• Motivate and encourage pupils
• Provide personalised learning experience for pupils
