Are you ready to take on a role where you can make a real difference every single day? Our thriving Partnership Secondary School in Corby is seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and adaptable General Cover Teacher to join our supportive team.
About the Role:
You’ll deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, stepping in when the regular class teacher is absent. This is a fantastic opportunity to build classroom experience, work flexibly, and play a key part in maintaining continuity of learning for our students.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or previous experience teaching the UK curriculum

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Excellent classroom management and an adaptable teaching style
-
Confidence in delivering lessons across various subjects
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Desirable Experience:
-
Previous teaching or classroom-based experience
-
Able to engage a variety of learners and manage different teaching situations
-
Experience with short-term or day-to-day cover assignments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
