Teaching Personnel, the UK's leading education recruitment agency seeks dedicated and passionate Supply Teachers to join our team in Torbay. As a Supply Teacher, you can positively impact students' lives and contribute to their educational journey.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum in the absence of the teacher.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports students' needs and fosters academic and personal development.
- Contribute to the overall academic progress and personal development of students.
- Facilitate positive behaviour management strategies and maintain clear boundaries.
- Maintain accurate records and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and support students' well-being.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and appropriate teaching methods.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Ability to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
