Job description

Teaching Personnel are the largest education recruitment agency in the country and we are currently recruiting for secondary teachers across the Leicestershire area. The roles we have available are a mixture of short-term and long-term roles. This role requires you to have QTS within the UK.

The roles are flexible in that you have complete control over your own diaries and what bookings you accept. This role allows you the flexibility of working either part-time or full-time based upon what hours you are wanting per week. As an agency teaching personnel has strong established relationships based throughout Leicestershire with a number of different schools and if you are looking for a new opportunity to find the right school for you we can help you to find the perfect fit!

By registering with Teaching Personnel you will be able to be put forward for bookings within our partner schools or multiple different schools if you are looking to experience a variety of learning environments. Teaching Personnel are looking for only the highest quality educators that are experienced with leading and delivering lessons at secondary school ages across KS3/4 and we provide unrivalled support an opportunities for our educator.

  • No planning and preparation required for non long-term roles
  • Weekly Competitive pay rates between £140-£220 based upon experience and role requirements
  • Roles are based on hours of 8:30-3:30 (this may vary from school to school)
  • The TP App allows you to have complete control over your availability and diary
  • QTS is required
  • Strong behaviour management skills are required 
  • Confidence in leading classes of varying sizes required
  • You as a person will need to be positive and approachable with a likeable personality 
  • Driving license is preferred but not essential 
  • ECT's will be considered for roles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
