Science teachers wanted
Are you a Science teacher or recent PGCE graduate who is looking for teaching experience, working in the top schools across the North London area? Do you want to gain more experience in different schools to develop your experience.
My North London secondary schools have shown an interest in having fresh Science teachers who are looking to develop their science teaching experience and expand their teaching career.
We are looking for graduates who are energetic committed.
About the school
- The school is located in the leafy area of Golders Green and has been rated Good by Ofsted an outstanding in some areas.
- The school are continuing to work towards Outstanding
- Parking is available and the school is known for its modern facilities
The successful candidate will need:
- the ability to build good relationships with children, teachers and parents
- the ability to cope with challenging behaviour
- a professional attitude
- a strong regard for pupil safe-guarding and well-being
- a positive approach to working with children and the ability to motivate, inspire and build rapport;
- respect for diversity as you will be working with pupils from a range of backgrounds;
- excellent team working ability and confident personality
- good organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly
Teaching Personnel work on behalf of a number of schools in the North London area, the schools work with us on a day to day basis and for more permanent roles, where we are their number one contact for short term work.
To help introduce a teachers into schools we arrange for the successful candidates paid trial days.
This is a great opportunity for any Science teacher looking for a new start
Minimum Criteria to apply
- GCSE Maths and English A-C grades
- Degree in Science (any field accepted)
Additional Experience
- Working in school or education settings
- Experience of working with Special Educational Needs - Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties
- Previous volunteering within education or working with children - e.g. youth work
Candidates will need clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and will need to complete our rigorous application process and attend a formal interview. References will be required.
