Job Title: Full-Time Science Teacher

Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher looking for a rewarding full-time position in Luton? Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Science Teacher to join our wonderful Partner Secondary School. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic success of students and make a positive impact on their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engaging Science Lessons: Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons that inspire and engage students, fostering a love for the subject.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Science curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards and educational best practices.
- Assessment and Feedback: Implement effective assessment strategies and provide constructive feedback to students, promoting continuous improvement and academic achievement.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and conducive space for learning.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices, participate in professional development, and contribute to the overall success of the Science department.
- Parental Engagement: Establish open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Proven experience as a Science Teacher with a track record of successful student outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and innovative teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
