The School: They seek a talented and motivated full-time Science Teacher to join their vibrant faculty. The School is situated in a quiet village close to Bedford and are part of a large and successful Multi Academy Trust with an excellent network of schools operating successfully across the region with Oftsed Good and Outstanding results comprising of Primary and Secondary fedar schools.
- Professional Science Teacher or Science Instructor representing part of the Science Department
- Plan, mark and deliver Science to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils
- Develop and deliver engaging and innovative Science lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
- Instil a love for Science by fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment in the classroom.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence, supporting their progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and comprehensive Science curriculum.
- Utilise modern teaching methods, technology, and practical experiments to enhance learning experiences.
- Encourage student participation in extracurricular Science activities and competitions.
- Science Teacher with at least 1-2 years teaching experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is ideal or a relevant teaching qualification
- Expertise in teaching Science to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students (Key Stage 5 experience is a bonus).
- A passion for science and a deep understanding of scientific principles.
- Strong communication skills, both in the classroom and with colleagues and parents.
- Dedication to continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices.
