School Receptionist –  Birmingham – September 2025 Start – Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded school located near central Birmingham for a professional and organized School Receptionist to join their team from September 2025. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering a great chance to become a valued part of the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service to visitors, parents, and staff

• Manage telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries

• Maintain accurate records and data entry using SIMS or a similar school management system

• Support daily administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth school operations

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience working with SIMS or a comparable school information management system

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Friendly and professional manner, able to handle sensitive information discreetly

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
