SATs Intervention Teacher - York

Job Role: Small Group and 1:1 Intervention Teacher
Hours: Part Time or Full Time, minimum of 10 hours per week
Contract Type: Temporary, Supply

As the Government finalise their Catch-up Funding and NTP guidelines, Teaching Personnel are seeking to employ a number of Tutors, including a SATs Intervention Teacher in York. Your role and key responsibilities will include supporting in raising attainment and providing a more tailored experience for identified pupils. You can expect to support the class teacher within lessons, provide targeted intervention sessions and also work with pupils on a 1:1 basis in order to help raise attainment and understanding within English and Maths.

As a SATs Intervention Teacher, you will be paid between GBP25 and GBP28 per hour and will need to complete a feedback form with proof of progress being made, after each session. Throughout your time with Teaching Personnel as a Tutor or Intervention Teacher, you will be highly supported, including access to online training specifically for tutoring roles.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
