Sen Teaching Assistant

We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to work within a welcoming and supportive specialist school in Greenford. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to help young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

The Role:

• Supporting students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH and moderate learning difficulties.
• Providing one-to-one and small group support in and out of the classroom.
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
• Working closely with teachers and wider support staff to meet students' individual needs.
• Building positive relationships that help pupils develop confidence and independence.

We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children, young people or vulnerable adults.
• Backgrounds in education, youth work, coaching, care or support work are highly desirable.
• A patient, resilient and positive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
