We are working with a specialist educational setting in West London seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-19 with severe and complex learning difficulties, autism, ADHD and communication needs.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils both in and out of the classroom
- Assist with the delivery of engaging, personalised learning activities
- Encourage communication, independence and social development
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff
- Support community visits and off-site learning opportunities
- Help create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide personal care where required
Who We're Looking For

- Have experience working with SEND, autism, learning disabilities or complex needs
- Are patient, resilient and compassionate
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Are confident supporting children with a range of communication and sensory needs
- Have a genuine passion for helping young people reach their potential
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, Care Worker, SEND Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant would be beneficial, but we are also keen to hear from individuals with transferable skills and the right attitude.
