Are you experienced in supporting young people with additional needs?

A specialist education provision in Uxbridge is seeking Teaching Assistants to support learners aged 16-24 with Autism and a range of additional needs.

This is a rewarding role where you'll work closely with students both in and out of the classroom, helping them develop independence, confidence, communication skills and positive outcomes for adulthood.

The Role

• Supporting learners aged 16-24
• Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Encouraging engagement with learning and vocational activities
• Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
• Promoting independence and life skills
