Residential School assistant

A Children's residential home situated in Lymington are currently looking to appoint multiple residential workers who are able to start immediately. Experience working in a children's residential setting, care home or specialist PRU is desirable but not essential as long as you can display high levels of emotional and physical resilience. Due to requirements from OFSTED the Residential Home have also specified that Residential workers have a Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
Due to the nature of the needs of the children the ideal Residential worker will have:
- A level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards the qualification
- Experience working with vulnerable pupils IE personal experience, experience in residential/ PRU's or SEMH Settings
- A can do attitude and strong physical presence
- A willingness to get stuck in
- High levels of emotional and physical resilience
