Our client secondary school located in the Warrington area is looking to recruit a Religious Education teacher to join this large Humanities department at the beginning of the new academic year. The successful teacher of Religious Education should be passionate about their subject and ideally have experience in teaching the AQA syllabus. The school are very open to receiving applications from teachers of all experience levels, happy to appoint the most effective classroom practitioner whether this is a NQT or more experienced teacher. The timetable for the appointed Religious Education teacher is a full time one with the slight possibility of reducing this to a 0.8 contract.

The Humanities department is a large one within this co-educational secondary school with the Head of Humanities also having a Head of Religious Education under them that oversees this successful department. The aspirational Religious Education teacher should be knowledgeable and motivated to make learning Religious Education enjoyable for all pupils, engaging all students.

The school is located in the Warrington area close to the central making it very easily accessible via the M6 and M56 motorway networks. For those travelling by public transport, the local train station is a short distance from this school from the city centre.
