A fantastic opportunity has arisen in a lovely Primary School in Barnet for a passionate and ambitious Teaching Assistant to start work in September.

The School:

The school is located in a lovely area of Barnet and was rated 'Good' in it's most recent Ofsted inspection (2015). In particular the inspectors praised the schools 'commitment to raising attainment' and the improvements to the schools SEN support. As a result of this, the school is now looking to expand it's cohort of Teaching Assistants for September 2016, with an increased focus on 1:1 classroom support.

The Role:

You will be working with a child in year 4 who has challenging behavior and is current being assessed for an EHCP. This child has had aggressive tendencies, therefore the role will suit someone who has a resilient personality who is both calm and patient .The job is being initially offered on a temporary basis with the potential to develop to Full Time for the right candidate.
