Job description

Popular Sefton Primary school

32.5 hours per week

September 2018 until at least February 2019

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a one form entry Primary school in Maghull who require an EYFS Teaching Assistant to cover a full Maternity. The role will involve working closely with the class teacher to make the transition from Nursery to school as smooth as possible for the children. The role has arisen due to a 'new' member of staff giving back-word on taking the position in school.

The role will be 5 days a week working from 830-1530 and the expectation is that the successful candidates will continue on a long-term temporary contract. As with all supply roles, this is an excellent opportunity to get your 'foot in the door' of an established, high performing Catholic Primary School in Maghull

It is essential that you have recent and prior experience working alongside children in Early Years Foundation Stage. Experience delivering Read Write Inc. Phonics would be desirable but not essential. Candidate would need to be a level 3 TA due to there being a certain amount of covering the Reception class in the absence of the teacher for PPA & management time.

Please send a copy of your most up to date CV or call me on 0151 244 5430. The vetting process is quick providing you have an up to date CV & 2 recent education based references.
