Religious Education Teacher
Derby

Are you a well qualified Religious Education teacher capable of inspiring student with your passion and knowledge for your subject?

Teaching Personnel have an exciting professional opportunity for a teacher of Religious Education to join a vibrant secondary school located in Derby. The successful teacher will be required on a full time basis and will take responsibility of teaching KS3 and GCSE Religious Education. This is an excellent opportunity for a well qualified and committed teacher of RE to join a supportive and established Humanities department.

The successful Religious Education teacher will take responsibility of delivering KS3 and GCSE lessons across a range of age groups and abilities. Full teaching responsibilities will be required including planning, marking and assessing work accordingly. We are looking for a teacher of Religious Education who is capable of inspiring and engaging all students, regardless of their background and learning ability. The successful Religious Education teacher will have high expectations for teaching and learning and will have a genuine desire to make a difference to student achievement.

Our client school is large successful 'Good' OFSTED rated secondary school located in Derby. The school is just a short drive from the city centre and is easily accessible via public transport links. The school has over 1500 pupils on roll from a range of abilities, ethnicities and backgrounds making it an inclusive learning environment for all students. The school building has excellent facilities throughout which plays an active role in providing the highest quality of education to all students.
