KS1 and KS2 NQTs needed at a large two from entry Primary Academy Trust School in Fordingbridge.

Teaching Personnel are working with a large Primary Multi Academy Trust in Fordingbridge. This state of the art, revolutionary and trend setting Primary Trust located in Fordingbridge are working exclusively with Teaching Personnel to provide 2 teachers, one in KS1 and the other in KS2.

The Academy Trust are keen to take on NQTs as they are well know for developing young teachers into SLT across the Trust. With the Trust being up and coming with the plan of converting 20 schools by 2020 there are a lot of opportunities for professional development.

One of the schools in the trust situated in Fordingbridge is looking to take on two teachers in September 2019, preferably NQTS. The school is currently two form entry and looking to develop to three form entries next academic year. The school is opening 2 classes at October half term due to the increase of pupils register for September 2019, one in KS1 and the other KS2 year groups to be decided on the successful candidate.

The Headteacher is looking to appoint someone who has plenty of initiative, drive and motivation will be enthusiastic, be reliable, passionate and about raising student attainment and self-esteem. Knowledge of the new curriculum is essential. Personality is highly important to the school a diverse, confident, animated individual who will inspire students to learn, believes in creativity and has an imaginative approach to learning. Someone who is a team player will be ideal for the role.
