Job description

Job Title: Qualified Teacher / Tutor for 1:1

Location:  Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes

Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

- Provide individualised instruction to students in a one-on-one setting - Develop and implement personalised learning plans based on students' needs and goals - Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues - Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance - Stay updated on educational best practises and teaching techniques

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent - Experience in delivering one-to-one tuition - Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting

Knowledge and Skills:

- Proficiency in creating engaging and effective lesson plans - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students - Strong classroom management skills - Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

- Postgraduate qualification in Education - Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
