Job description

Job Title: Core Subjects Tutor - Qualified

Location: Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes

Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality tutoring sessions in core subjects
  • Assess students' learning needs and develop personalised learning plans
  • Provide support and guidance to students to help them achieve academic success
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience in teaching core subjects at the required level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in core subjects

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong subject knowledge in core subjects
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Effective classroom management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience with online tutoring platforms

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
