What We’re Looking For:

• Qualification: A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• Experience: Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting, with a strong understanding of child development.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, the ability to work well with children, parents, and colleagues, and a passion for providing high-quality care and learning experiences.
• Caring and Nurturing: A positive, patient, and enthusiastic individual who loves working with young children.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5 years, supporting their emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning.
• Build strong relationships with children and their families, providing updates and working collaboratively to meet individual needs.
• Support the daily routines and help maintain a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment.
