Psychology Graduates Required

Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to step into Education? Are you looking to build up skills working with vulnerable pupils? Then we may have the perfect role for you.
A school in Wakefield (WF2) are looking for Psychology graduates to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs ages 5-13. The successful candidate will have a passion to support children with behavioural challenges and aim to make a difference in their lives.
Criteria:
- To support the class Teacher with resources and class behaviour
- To supervise children throughout the day including on the playground
- Ensure any behaviour and safeguarding concerns are reported appropriately
- Follow safeguarding procedures and policies at all times
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
- Willing to travel
- Have an overseas criminal clearance or willing to apply for one
- Have a child enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
- Minimum of six months UK residency
- We do not accept those on skilled worker visas
- Please ensure you have references available upon request covering the last 24 months of employment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
