Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in a primary school setting? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic individuals to support primary schools across Leeds.

About the Role:

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with teachers to support learning in Early Years, KS1, or KS2
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to help pupils reach their full potential
• Assist children with phonics, numeracy, and literacy activities
• Support pupils with SEN, EAL, or additional learning needs
• Help create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment

About You:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children (preferred but not essential)
• A passion for supporting young learners and helping them thrive
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (desirable but not required)
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
