A school located near Gillingham requires a qualified teacher for maternity cover. The start date is not yet decided and could be at any point in September.
The role will entail teaching core subjects to primary pupils, age range discussed depending on right teacher. The successful applicant will be required to work 5 days per week with joint planning following the schools curriculum.
The right candidate will need to be enthusiastic, inspiring, caring and keen to contribute to the continuing development of the School. This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working, experienced KS1 or KS2 teacher to join their friendly and supportive teaching staff.
To be eligible for any teaching job with Teaching Personnel, you must
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional child related references
- UK Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
We do not sponsor visa so please only apply if already live in Kent or have concrete plans to relocate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
